Job summary

The Alden Network is seeking a PM/Night Shift RN/LPN with supervisory responsibilities to deliver direct nursing care and lead nursing assistants in our facility. The role emphasizes adherence to federal, state, and local standards and maintaining high-quality care for residents.

The position requires valid IL/WI RN or LPN licensure, CPR certification, and strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to manage patient care effectively during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in IL/WI.
• CPR certification must be current or obtained within two weeks of employment.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures.
• Demonstrates interest in care of the aged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to customers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and day-to-day activities per policy.
• Plan and direct care for customers and develop written care plans.
• Conduct daily rounds and chart nursing notes reflecting care and customer response.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Attend care plan conferences and participate in continuing education.
