Alden of Orland Park, a 5-Star quality rehabilitation and nursing facility, is seeking nurses to join our team. Competitive wages based on licensing and experience, with 12-hour shifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.

As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care, supervise aides, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, delivering the highest quality of care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in Illinois or Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certificate, or obtained within 2 weeks of hire.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and elder care required.
• Able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Demonstrates leadership and supervisory ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform daily rounds and supervise nursing staff to ensure tasks are completed.
• Administer medications and document care and outcomes.
• Attend care planning conferences and communicate with families.
