The role runs 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM with a shift differential, serving as a frontline liaison and ensuring top-notch patient care and process quality in a regulated environment.

Requirements include high school diploma, 2+ years in phlebotomy/test management, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in clinical lab phlebotomy/test management with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities; regulatory/compliance knowledge.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to manage data/records.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as initial resource and liaison between staff, departments and Patient Services management.
• Assist, resolve, and report to the area Supervisor.
• Perform technical and administrative duties with high competency; support quality improvement efforts.
