Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories / Laboratory Sciences of Arizona is seeking a skilled phlebotomist to lead mobile diagnostics efforts in the Phoenix area. This night-shift role focuses on excellent patient care and collaboration with field phlebotomists to ensure accurate testing and prompt service.

You will work 2 AM to 10:30 AM, serve as liaison between staff and Patient Services management, and support regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of phlebotomy/test management experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Strong problem solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory, accrediting, and compliance requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ADHS fingerprinting certification or ability to obtain fingerprinting certification.
• IOP placement requires execution of Confidential Information and Restrictive Covenant Agreement.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company auto insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial resource and liaison between staff, other departments and Patient Services management.
• Assist, resolve, and report to and under the guidance of the area Supervisor.
• Perform technology-based and administrative work at an advanced competency level.
• Actively participate in patient and process quality improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance.
