CareerNerds, LLC in Fairhope, AL seeks a contract Phlebotomist for the 3rd shift (8:30pm–7:00am), with 10-hour shifts Monday–Friday and rotating weekends. Projected duration is 3 months with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities include blood draws, labeling, centrifuging, specimen handling, and data entry. OSHA/DEP compliance and collaboration with clinical staff are expected. Benefits are available.

Formación

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and label specimens accurately.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and handle specimens per protocol.
• Package and transport specimens, verify test requisitions, and follow safety regulations.
