Responsabilités

• Receive and relay incoming and outgoing calls from customers.
• Operate and maintain Hospital paging systems.
• Provide directory information and transfer calls efficiently.

Connaissances

Effective oral communication skills

Ability to speak English clearly

Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of PBX Communication System

Bilingual English/Spanish

Knowledge of Desktop Software such as Word, Excel

Knowledge of Medical Terminology
