Qualifications

• 6 months experience entry level IT Helpdesk role.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Direct and transfer calls to departments or extensions.
• Prioritize calls and handle urgent requests.
• Announce hospital emergency codes over intercom.
• Coordinate emergency communications with teams.
• Operate PBX, intercom, and paging equipment.
• Assist patients, visitors, and staff with information.
• Maintain and update extensions and directory information.
• Follow procedures for paging and emergency announcements.
• Protect patient, employee, and hospital confidentiality per HIPAA.
