Responsibilities

• Engages patients through the registration process to create a welcoming experience.
• Reviews demographic and insurance information for completeness and correctness.
• Verifies insurance, collects signatures, and provides patient rights information.
• Answers inbound calls and schedules appointments as needed.
• Assists with referrals, pre-certifications, and maintains documentation in the EHR.
• Reminds patients of upcoming appointments and manages rescheduling.
