Indiana University Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCA) to support bedside care, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with RNs to monitor patient status. This full-time night position emphasizes safety, compassion, and efficient patient flow within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, alerting nurses to changes, and helping with mobility, meals, and personal hygiene while maintaining infection control and patient

Qualificações

• Direct bedside care including activities of daily living and mobility assistance.
• Ability to obtain vital signs and report abnormalities to RN.
• Maintain patient safety using gait belts and alarms.
