Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients accurately and efficiently.
• Uses multiple systems and interfaces.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple patient access areas.
• Maintains service excellence for face-to-face and telephonic encounters.
• Adheres to EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO regulations.
• Maintains compliance documentation and patient consent forms.
• Upholds HIPAA privacy standards.
