Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients accurately and efficiently.
• Utilization of multiple systems and interfaces.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple patient access areas.
• Maintains service excellence to patients and visitors.
• Contributes to PAS goals as defined annually.
• Strong understanding of State and Federal regulations.
• Maintains professional relationships with team members.
• Articulates compliance documentation and ensures completion of patient consent forms.
• Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
