Qualifications

• Bi-lingual experience preferred but not required. Strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls, screening as necessary, and transferring as requested.
• Greets and directs patients, visitors, employees and the general public arriving at the facility.
• Provides general information regarding the facility and department functions and procedures.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and processes admissions and transfers within the facility; collects payments as needed.
• Ensures HIPAA forms are signed and confidentiality is maintained.
