Responsibilities

• Answers overflow calls and greets visitors arriving at the facility.
• Processes daily patient admissions and transfers; collects and verifies patient and insurance information.
• Notifies nursing staff of patient arrival and directs to appropriate area; maintains HIPAA confidentiality.
