Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a dependable Overnight Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking operations in Portland, OR. You will monitor overnight activity, perform vehicle and revenue audits, and keep accurate records while assisting guests.

The ideal candidate works independently, is comfortable with computers and parking systems, and stays alert during a night shift. This role offers a non-exempt status with potential for on-site hourly wages at multiple properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in auditing, parking, hospitality, security, cash-handling, or customer-service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic records.
• Basic computer and mobile-application skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Overnight hours, weekends, and holidays availability.

Responsabilités

• Conduct vehicle counts and audit parking tickets, access records, payments, and reports.
• Compare physical counts with system records and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete end-of-shift audit and revenue reports.
• Monitor vehicle activity and maintain orderly traffic flow.
• Report unauthorized vehicles, violations, and security concerns.
• Inspect parking areas, lighting, cameras, and safety equipment.
• Assist guests with parking questions and provide directions.
• Communicate professionally with guests, hotel personnel, team members, and vendors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized parking environment.
• Inspect equipment and report debris or malfunctions.
• Perform other duties as needed.
