Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Overnight Lot Auditor to monitor parking operations, audit records, and assist guests outdoors on the night shift. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage vehicle flow, perform security checks, and produce daily reports while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members during overnight hours (10pm–7am).

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to work overnight and maintain punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile parking lot records, tickets, and revenue.
• Monitor vehicle activity and ensure proper entry/exit logging and ticket matching.
• Prepare shift reports detailing tickets issued and revenue collected.
• Inspect parking lot safety as well as lighting, markings, and camera security.
• Maintain clean, safe parking spaces and proper equipment condition.
• Provide hospitality and clear communication with guests and team members.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to PMC policies.
• Support evolving business needs and training as required.
