Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring an Overnight Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking operations at multiple Baltimore properties. The role is full-time or part-time, with an overnight shift from 10:00 p.m.

to 7:00 a.m., and a base pay of $23.00 per hour, depending on property. You will monitor activity, complete vehicle and revenue audits, maintain records, assist guests, and keep the parking facility safe and organized.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle counts and audit parking tickets, access records, payments, and operational reports.
• Compare physical vehicle counts with system records and resolve or report discrepancies.
• Complete accurate end-of‑shift audit and revenue reports.
• Monitor vehicle activity and help maintain an orderly flow of traffic.
• Report unauthorized vehicles, parking violations, unusual activity, and equipment problems.
• Inspect parking areas, entrances, exits, lighting, signs, gates, cameras, and safety equipment.
• Report accidents, hazards, suspicious activity, and security concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety, emergency, and incident-reporting procedures without placing yourself or others at risk.
• Assist guests with parking questions, directions, and concerns.
