Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a dependable Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking operations in College Station. You will monitor activity, perform vehicle and revenue audits, and maintain accurate records while assisting guests during shifts.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently at day, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in parking, auditing, cash-handling, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Availability for days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Issue parking tickets, process payments, and track receipts.
• Complete shift reports, vehicle counts, and revenue logs.
• Report errors, discrepancies, and unusual activity promptly.
• Record vehicle information and maintain accurate parking records.
• Assist guests with payments, questions, and directions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parking area.
