Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Overnight Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking operations in Fremont, CA. The role monitors overnight activity, completes vehicle and revenue audits, and maintains accurate records while assisting guests and ensuring a safe parking environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, using parking systems, and staying alert throughout an overnight shift, with schedule typically 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in auditing, parking, hospitality, security, cash-handling, or customer-service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic records.
• Basic computer and mobile-application skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to remain alert and productive during an overnight shift.
• Availability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle counts and audit parking tickets, access records, payments, and reports.
• Compare physical counts with system records and report discrepancies.
• Complete accurate end-of-shift audit and revenue reports.
• Monitor vehicle activity and maintain orderly traffic flow.
• Report unauthorized vehicles, violations, or safety concerns promptly.
• Inspect parking areas, lighting, signs, gates, cameras, and safety equipment.
• Follow safety, emergency, and incident-reporting procedures.
