Petersburg, VA-based Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Overnight Hotel Self Parking Lot Auditor. This role audits parking operations, guides vehicle flow, and maintains a safe, welcoming outdoor area overnight.

You will work independently, handle data and security checks, and deliver excellent customer service on-site. Responsibilities include detailed shift reporting, policy enforcement, and regular coordination with team members.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; attitude and demeanor are mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail is required for auditing and record-keeping.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varied weather conditions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile parking operations, counts, tickets and logs.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit and ensure accurate logging and ticket matching.
• Prepare shift reports detailing tickets, revenue and operational data.
• Conduct security inspections and respond to safety concerns.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and equipment in good condition.
• Provide hospitality and professional customer service, with clear two-way radio communication.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to PMC policies.
• Support evolving business needs with flexible schedule and extra tasks.
