Perricone Juices is seeking a Production Supervisor — Packaging to oversee a high-speed bottling line on a 12-hour rotation. You’ll plan shifts, train the crew, and ensure safety and quality while keeping the line running on schedule.

Lead a 20–25 person team, monitor performance, and coordinate handoffs across four crews. Strong leadership and manufacturing experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of related production/manufacturing experience.
• Two-year degree preferred; experience in food/beverage manufacturing is a plus.
• Comfortable with shift math: line rates, downtime, batch counts, yields.
• Able to identify production problems and implement fixes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review the production schedule and plan crew assignments each shift.
• Set priorities to meet target output with minimal changeover time.
• Coordinate handoffs across 12-hour, four-crew rotation for smooth transitions.
• Monitor line-speed, downtime, and outputs; troubleshoot stoppages.
• Train crew on SOPs and safety; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Log production, quality, and downtime data for the shift.
• Ensure adherence to SQF, USDA, and HACCP standards on the line.
