Job summary

Premium Waters is seeking a Shift Lead for our nights on a high‑speed bottling line in Chippewa Falls, WI. You will supervise and train 6–8 staff, ensure safety, quality, and on‑time production while solving problems on the floor.

You will gain hands‑on experience with molding equipment, fillers, labelers, cappers, and palletizers, and support food safety programs and GMP compliance. Weekend and daily schedules apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years packaging or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift certification and ability to drive forklift.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–8 production personnel and foster a team‑oriented environment.
• Provide hands‑on training and ensure safety, quality and cost control.
• Oversee day‑to‑day production activities on a high‑speed line.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain clean, organized production areas.
• Perform packaging and food safety checks and document results.
• Operate, train, and troubleshoot molding, fillers, labelers, cappers, case packers, and palletizers.
• Maintain GMPs, sanitation standards, and SQF/FDA requirements.
