Job summary

Welch's is hiring a Packaging Supervisor for a 10pm–7am shift at our North East, PA facility. The role may require weekend rotations to cover vacations, with emphasis on safety, quality, production efficiency and cost control.

You will lead packaging teams, plan workloads, and drive improvements while promoting a high‑performance manufacturing environment. We seek a proven leader with 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, and a bachelor’s degree in Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, food & beverage preferred.
• Ability to work third shift and cover weekend rotations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and quality by reviewing production areas and records.
• Supervise packaging personnel to meet safety, quality and cost standards.
• Provide daily planning, assign tasks, remove obstacles and drive performance.
• Lead cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
