Job summary

Peet’s Coffee Inc. in Brooklyn Center, MN, is seeking a Production Team Member for the 3rd shift (11:30pm–7:00am).

You will help package and deliver our coffee, maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency in every step of the process. Responsibilities include packaging tasks, GMP compliance, documenting production data, performing cleaning, and supporting continuous improvement with a careful, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year in industrial production preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow production docs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills; basic computer skills.
• Experience in coffee or food manufacturing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging line with speed and accuracy.
• Perform packaging activities: case filling, box assembly, pallet stacking.
• Follow safety, GMPs, and quality checks; report concerns to leadership.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and material handling.
