Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Packaging Operator in Lincoln, Nebraska, to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards. You will set up, operate, clean, and change over packaging equipment, inspect products, and maintain documentation while following GMPs and SOPs.

Be part of a team, support process improvements, train teammates, and ensure materials are stocked for daily operations. Shift Mon-Fri 10:30-7a (3rd Shift); comprehensive benefits and discretionary bonus program.

Qualifications

• A HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and data entry are needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely, following GMP guidelines and SOPs.
• Set up, clean and perform changeovers on packaging equipment for smooth production.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality throughout the packaging process.
• Monitor lines, make minor machine adjustments, clear jams, reload materials and restart equipment as needed.
• Maintain materials in staging areas and support routine equipment maintenance and process improvements.
• Complete production documentation and ERP logs accurately.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and escalate issues when needed.
• Share knowledge and support teammates to ensure training and collaboration.
