Job summary

City of Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our team in Ohio. The ideal candidate will package products efficiently, adhere to CGMP and FDA regulations, and operate packaging equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities include operating machinery, assembling and packaging according to specs, maintaining cleanliness, collaborating with warehouse staff, and performing routine maintenance. Shift is 6pm-2:30am Monday-Friday and every other weekend; 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations is desirable.
• Proficient with hand tools and packaging machinery.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications, ensuring quality.
• Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.
• Follow FDA regulations and company policies for product handling and packaging.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the facility.
