Job summary

Haleon plc. in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking a Packaging Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and at high quality. You will set up, operate, clean, and change over packaging lines, inspect materials, and maintain documentation in our ERP system.

This onsite role requires GMP adherence, strong attention to detail, and teamwork. Shift is Mon-Fri with evening hours; Haleon offers a robust Total Rewards program and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently per GMP and SOPs.
• Set up, clean, and change over packaging equipment.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ERP transactions.
• Support routine equipment maintenance and process improvements.
• Assist with material stocking and training teammates.
