Responsibilities

• Compile and sort order data, review for deficiencies and errors, and obtain information to correct issues.
• Import order data into the company database within time limits.
• Ensure orders are generated and released for processing per customer expectations.
• Process and maintain customer orders to send to the warehouse; analyze in-house reports and perform inventory transactions; communicate with customers and inter-departments.
