TD SYNNEX North America is seeking an Operations Trainer to deliver hands-on SOP training, support onboarding, and partner with Quality teams to ensure safety and process adherence. The role involves collaboration with multiple departments in a distribution center environment.

The position emphasizes training effectiveness, documentation, and continuous improvement within a night shift schedule. High school diploma or GED is required, associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Deliver hands-on training on SOPs and procedures.
• On-the-job training, coaching, and development.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality & Continuous Improvement teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 60 pounds.
• Intermediate computer skills and quick learning of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training on departmental SOPs and operational procedures.
• Serve as SME for assigned operational areas.
• Conduct on-the-job training, coaching, and employee development.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities.
• Collaborate with Quality & CI teams to uphold standards.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Perform productivity-related tasks to support operations.
• Review and update SOPs with cross-functional teams.
• Assess training effectiveness via surveys and metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
