Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Operations Trainer to provide process-related training for distribution center associates, acting as an SME on SOPs and supporting quality, safety, and security initiatives through training and onboarding. This role partners with the Operations Training Specialist to execute the site’s training strategy.

The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• Previous training, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training on SOPs and procedures.
• Serve as SME for assigned operational areas.
• Conduct on-the-job training, coaching, and development activities.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs.
• Promote quality, safety, and security standards.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review SOPs.
