Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in night freight operations, leadership duties, and training through a structured program. You will learn to oversee overnight freight, work with NRMs, and collaborate with the Store Manager and field teams to shape department success.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Minimum 3 years of work experience.
Preferred ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

10% - Customer Experience: supervise associates, drive customer service, and address concerns promptly.
15% - Operations Management: manage opening/closing with SOP adherence and safety compliance.
15% - Safety: enforce hazmat and safety guidelines at all times.
10% - Sales and Productivity: plan merchandise placement and inventory integrity with store partners.
50% - Training and Preparation for Assistant Manager: participate in structured management training covering operations, service, profitability, and policies.
