Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in overnight freight operations, safety compliance, and store procedures over a training period up to 6 weeks. You will work with NRMs, the Store Manager, and ASMs to learn leadership duties and core responsibilities.

Through structured modules, you will learn to plan staffing, monitor stock, resolve customer issues, and implement strategies to support sales and profitability,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement (optional).

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer experience and lead store culture.
• Oversee opening/closing MOD and store operations.
• Ensure safety and hazmat compliance.
• Plan merchandise placement and manage inventory integrity.
• Participate in a structured training program for store management.
