Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on leadership experience in overnight freight operations and store management. You will work closely with Store leadership to learn and execute core responsibilities, develop strategies, and drive department performance.

During the training period (up to 6 weeks), you will be mentored, learn Manager on Duty duties, and demonstrate leadership by example while upholding all company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of work experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Assist with opening/closing management duties and enforce company policies.
• Lead training for NOASM-IT and develop actionable plans for department success.
• Collaborate with Night Replenishment Managers and Store leadership to drive sales and profitability.
