Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience and leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and training through the NOASM-IT program.
• Assist with overnight freight unloading, packing, and pack down.
• Collaborate with Night Replenishment Managers and store leadership.
• Ensure safety compliance and SOP adherence across operations.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
