Job summary

City Wide is seeking a Night Manager for the Norfolk area to oversee contract compliance with our cleaning contractors. This full-time evening/overnight role requires strong people-management skills and a background in facilities or janitorial services.

The position includes supervision across multiple sites, relationship management with clients and contractors, and opportunities to advance into account management or operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading teams across multiple sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with independent contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
• Review scope-of-work documents and conduct quality inspections to retain accounts and grow business.
• Send nightly recap reports and elevate urgent issues to the Facility Services Manager.
• Handle customer complaints, new account start-ups, and special client requests.
• Enforce company policies on cleaning standards, tools, and equipment use.
