Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager for the Virginia Beach area. This full-time evening/overnight role focuses on contract compliance and overseeing relationships with independent cleaners in the Hampton Roads region.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, a background in facilities or janitorial services, and the ability to travel between client sites. Growth opportunities into account management or operations leadership are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in commercial janitorial or facilities services is a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience, coaching, motivating, and leading a team across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with independent contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
• Review scope-of-work documents and conduct quality inspections to retain existing accounts and support new business growth.
• Send nightly recap reports and escalations; handle client requests and complaints.
• Enforce company policies on cleaning standards, tools, and equipment use.
