City Wide Facility Solutions in Norfolk/VA Beach area seeks a Night Manager for an evening/overnight role overseeing contract compliance for designated building maintenance accounts. You will manage relationships with independent cleaning contractors and ensure adherence to client priorities across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in facilities or janitorial services, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in commercial janitorial or facilities services is a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading a team across multiple sites.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with regular local travel between client sites; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods during site visits.

Job description

The Night Manager oversees contract compliance for our designated building maintenance accounts in the Norfolk area and manages the working relationship between City Wide and our independent cleaning contractors. This is a full-time, evening/overnight shift position ideal for someone with strong people-management skills and a background in facilities or janitorial services.
