Job summary

The Decker Companies in Fort Dodge, IA is seeking a 2nd Shift Night Operations teammate to support after-hours dispatch, customer service, safety and HR. This role involves heavy data entry and multi-line phone work, with growth potential into daytime operations.

Shifts are rotating: 4pm–11pm Monday through Friday and most weekends 11am–11pm Saturday and Sunday, with a competitive weekly pay structure and comprehensive benefits.

• Transportation experience
• Management experience

• Assisting with all after hours operations of the company by backing up Dispatch, Customer Service, Safety and HR with telephone and computer communications with our Drivers
• Answering phones and responding as required
• Heavy computer work and data entry

We’re currently looking for a problem solving and multitasking2nd ShiftNight Operationsteammate to join our Operations Department.

2nd Shift:Rotating nights of4pm - 11pm Mon-Friand most weekends 11am - 11pm Sat-Sun.

Daily Duties:
