Decker Truck Line is seeking a Diesel Mechanic Technician in Iowa. The role offers new, higher starting wages and a 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with a $3/hr differential after training and another $1/hr after 90 days. A $3,000 bonus is available for new experienced tractor/trailer diesel mechanics.

You will service a private fleet with top-of-the-line technology, handle work orders, and maintain documentation. Uniforms and benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Diesel Mechanic with 3–5 years in the field.
• Proficiency with computer-based diagnostics and OEM interfaces.
• Paccar experience preferred.
• Must supply own tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills for emails and work orders.
• Familiarity with DOT/OSHA policies and procedures.

• Steel and Aluminum Welding experience is a plus
• Reefer experience is a plus
• CDL a plus but not required
