Decker Truck Line, a long-standing, family-owned carrier, is seeking a Driver Recruiter to join our Recruiting Department. The role focuses on active driver recruitment and strong communication with applicants as part of a busy, professional team.

Ideal candidates will have a background in transportation recruiting, the ability to multitask, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We offer a stable full-time schedule and competitive benefits while supporting a family-friendly company culture.

Qualifications

• Prior driver recruitment and/or transportation experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Tenstreet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Heavy phone work with potential driver applicants
• Qualifying potential driver applicants
• Utilizing third-party databases to run background checks
• Maintaining applicant information in our database
• Other duties as assigned

We’re currently looking for a full-timeDriver Recruiterto join our Recruiting Department!The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Transportation and Recruiting.Great full-time first shift schedule of Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.

*Must have prior Driver Recruiting and/or Transportation experience to be considered for this position.*

Driver Recruiter Responsibilities

• Heavy phone work with potential driver applicants

Driver Recruiter Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced but professional work environment

• A solid background in Microsoft Office is required; Tenstreet experience preferred
