Job summary

Fooda, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage nightly onsite service for our rotating popup restaurant program.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining service quality across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment. You will build strong relationships with clients and restaurant partners while leveraging Excel and internal tools for scheduling, dashboards, and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, hospitality, food service, event management, account management, or similar service-focused environment.
• Experience directly supervising employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Schedule staff, train new hires, and coach performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, restaurant partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize Excel and internal tools for dashboards, scheduling, and payroll workflows.
