Job summary

Key West Historic Inns Collection seeks an Overnight Manager to lead hotel operations during the overnight shift across our boutique properties in Old Town. The role oversees Rooms and Food & Beverage, ensures guest satisfaction, and maintains safety and smooth operations overnight.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of hotel management or supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to stay calm and decisive during overnight hours. Prior MOTD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hotel management or supervisory experience in Front Office, Rooms or a related operational area.
• Previous Manager on Duty or overnight hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently manage hotel operations during overnight hours.
• Excellent guest service, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused during challenging or unexpected situations.
• Strong time management, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty and primary leadership presence during overnight hours.
• Oversee overnight Rooms, Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the properties and assist guests and team members.
• Respond to guest concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly and professionally.
• Make operational decisions and escalate significant concerns as needed.
• Conduct property walks and monitor safety and condition of hotels.
• Assist with payroll, wage reports, budgeting and team member schedules.
