You will guide a team of directors and managers, ensuring alignment with Chick-fil-A’s high standards of service, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in food service or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night operations across Front of House, Back of House, and Catering.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Directors and department leaders.
• Maintain service, food safety, and brand standards while optimizing performance.
• Analyze KPIs, labor and food costs, and guest satisfaction to drive profitability.
• Promote a culture of exceptional service and hospitality for every guest.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent while supporting leadership development.
• Monitor budgets and financial reports to optimize costs.
