Job summary

Chick-fil-A Airport Road is seeking leaders for front of house or back of house roles, from night and opening leadership to Kitchen Director positions. Roles will focus on developing people, delivering remarkable guest experiences, and upholding the Chick-fil-A standards.

Full-time schedule with various shifts; pay range $20-$26 per hour depending on position and experience, with benefits including healthcare, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in retail, customer service, or management.
• Proven experience in training development or coaching.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• High standards in operational excellence, quality, and service.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth minded culture and leaders across FOH and BOH.
• Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and leadership.
• Oversee hiring processes, interviews and reference checks as needed.
• Coach and develop teams to high performance and accountability.
• Ensure policies are followed per the Team Member Handbook.
