Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in food service or hospitality.
• Ability to lead and develop young team members and high-performing teams.
• Experience managing restaurant systems, labor scheduling, food costs, inventory and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, leading and managing all operational aspects to ensure efficiency for night operations in Front of House, Back of House, and Catering.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to Directors and department leaders.
• Maintain and enforce Chick-fil-A’s service, food safety, and brand standards while optimizing restaurant performance.
• Analyze KPIs, labor costs, food costs, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive profitability and continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Partner with leadership to recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering professional growth and leadership development.
