Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager to oversee contract compliance for building maintenance services and manage relationships with independent contractors. You will review client contracts, monitor work quality, and coordinate with the Facility Services Manager on issues requiring attention.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to improve processes while ensuring customer satisfaction. Evening shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior management experience in multi-unit or multi-location environments.
• Experience in building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry a plus.
• Strong planning, organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative and continuous process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services.
• Maintain relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors.
• Review client contracts and verify work expectations are met.
• Communicate daily with Facility Services Manager on issues needing attention.
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments and ensure SLAs are met.
• Oversee inspections, customer complaints, new client starts, and VIP attention.
