Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to outage and emergency calls after hours.
• Dispatch on-call personnel for outages or field response.
• Communicate with members to gather information for responders.
• Monitor outage management and other operational systems.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatch activity and events.
• Coordinate with emergency responders and outside agencies when needed.
