This in-person role supports 24/7 operations, coordinating service requests, work orders, and field resources to ensure timely responses. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities overnight while maintaining accurate records and clear communication with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year experience.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, or operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect, document, and relay detailed information accurately.
• Ability to stay professional under high-pressure conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive service, maintenance, and emergency requests by phone, email, or other channels.
• Create accurate work orders and document required information.
• Prioritize requests based on procedures and urgency.
• Dispatch technicians to work locations.
• Monitor availability, coverage, and status of assignments.
• Communicate updates to customers, technicians, and managers.
• Support overnight operational activities and travel coordination.
