Qualifications

• Electromechanical troubleshooting experience with multi-meter use and schematic reading.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment on site.
• Strong time management, reliability, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site service and support to customers in a production environment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment using electromechanical skills.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for maintenance, availability, and satisfaction.
• Communicate equipment status to clients and Xerox resources as needed.
• Train customers on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge.
