RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Oncology Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. This role supports multiple units, delivering high-quality oncology nursing care during night shifts on a 36-hour week schedule.

The ideal candidate holds ASN or Nursing Diploma, with 2+ years in oncology, and an active NJ RN license. BSN within 5 years and ONS certification are preferred, with BLS and ACLS required.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• 2+ years of Oncology experience.
• Active New Jersey RN license (multistate allowed).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for oncology patients across shifts.
• Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning and care coordination.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.
• Maintain nursing documentation per policy and ANA guidelines.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in trauma, neurology, cardiology as needed (float pool).
