RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Oncology Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. This is a part-time, night position (36 hours/week) located in Morris Cancer Center and serving diverse oncology patients.

Qualified candidates will hold ASN or Nursing Diploma with BLS/ACLS, NJ RN license, and prefer BSN within 5 years. The role emphasizes nursing excellence across units with Magnet-recognized status and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.

• Set priorities with measurable outcomes and contribute to individualized care plans.
